- Q:So I got a bad jump start and some fuses as well as the relay circuit board part 38830-TBA-A11 that s in my 2016 civic lx got damaged. With some wiring the car works and drives but on the dash it s always in neutral and there isn't any powering getting to the car and when I start it water sprays on my windshield. I was told this part is the fault and that it needs to be replaced since even though it s somewhat function it s burnt and it controls everything.
