How to replace the Blower Motor? Posted by Customer: A:
To replace the front air conditioning system, first disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor, remove the blower motor mounting screws and then remove the blower motor assembly. Use pliers to remove the circlip from the motor shaft and lift the blower fan from the assembly. To replace the rear air conditioning system, remove the rear trim panels, the heater blower housing mounting bolts, the blower motor electrical connector, the blower motor mounting screws and then remove the blower motor. Use pliers to remove the circlip from the motor shaft and lift the blower fan from the assembly. Installation is the reverse of removal.
