79140-TZ5-A51 the parts catalog shows this is for the the front A/C mode selector. 79140-TZ5-A41 is for the heater defroster. 79240-TZ5-A41 is for the rear A/C mode motor.

I have the part out and it has c6620d printed on it and >pp-(GF20 PD20)< molded into the plastic. Its one of the motors for the HVAC...not sure which one. The location is on the passenger side of vehicle to left of glove box...on the center HVAC unit stuff to left upper...further from the engine area.
