My father needs to replace the brake switch assembly on his 2003 Honda Accord LX and the mechanic said he also needs the "gromit" and it appears the rubber gromit goes into the lever of the break pedal which the break switch contacts. It appears "pedal stopper" may be the same as the gromit the mechanic was referring to be it seems like the part is plastic rather than made of rubber. Is this the correct part?
