Terms and Conditions

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Warranty
All of the genuine Honda Parts and Accessories we sell are covered by Honda's 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty.

All of the non-Honda items are covered by their respective manufactures warranties.

Electrical items must be returned to us for warranty coverage.

All of the items we sell are only designed to for use US market cars.

All warranties only apply to the parts installed on the listed year and model of US market car within the US.

There is no warranty coverage of any type for items that are removed from the US installed on non-US vehicles. Items installed on models or years that they are not listed for are not covered by any warranty.

Sales Tax
An 8.25% sales tax is applied to all orders ship to California shipping address.

Pricing
Although we try our best effort to have an error-free website, occasional errors are possible. If the correct price is less than advertised, we will always charge you the lower price. If the correct price is higher than what is shown on the website, HondaPartsNow.com will always offer you the choice of paying the higher price or canceling the order.
  
If the price shown online is different from the price of the item in the shopping cart please contact us prior to ordering for the correct price.

Shipping
We only ship within the continuous United States.

Most of our shipments will be shipped via UPS. Occasionally, when the item(s) is/are too large to ship via UPS, we will use FedEx freight.

In rare occasions, the cost of shipping may be higher than the estimate because of the part's size. HondaPartsNow.com will always ask for your approval before charging extra shipping cost.

HondaPartsNow.com does not accept international order or any order outside of United States.

HondaPartsNow.com does not ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Orders may require a signature for delivery.

Shipping cost calculation is estimated from UPS.

Order Processing
HondaPartsNow.com reserves the right to refuse process an order for any reason. Your order confirmation is an offer to buy, not a completed sales contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the shipment of the products ordered. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not mean our acceptance of your order, nor does it mean a confirmation of our offer to sell. HondaPartsNow.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to cancel your order for any reason. If the order is cancelled, the authorization on your card will be voided and no money will be charged. If your card has been charged, a refund will be issued to your credit card.

Please only click on the submit button once. An order confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours (usually, this is instant) after you have submitted the order. If for any reason you did not get your email confirmation or not sure if the order went through, please contact us before attempting to submit it again.

Credit Card/Fraud Prevention
Each order will not be charged until the item(s) actually leaves our warehouse (usually within 24 to 48 hours).

To prevent fraudulent activities, HondaPartsNow.com will conduct address verification through customer's credit/debit card issuer to confirm customer's identity and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.

If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact your credit card issuer to verify this information after you've placed an order.

Both of your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply give us a call to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.

Orders with the same billing and shipping address will be processed much faster.

Packaging
All the items listed on HondaPartsNow.com are genuine factory Honda items. On rare occasions, HondaPartsNow.com will repackage your items before shipping due its size; therefore, they may not arrive in the original factory Honda packaging. HondaPartsNow.com will carefully package the items and reinforce the packaging if necessary.

Backorders
HondaPartsNow.com carries one of the largest Honda parts inventories in the United States. In the event of a backorder (less < 1%), we will give customer the option to cancel their order. If the customer is willing to wait, the customer's credit card will not be charged until the parts arrive at our warehouse and is readying for shipping.

Remanufactured Parts/Core Policy

American Honda Motors offers a variety of factory remanufactured parts the come with an extended warranty of 3years or 36,000 miles from the date of purchase. This exceeds the basic warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles that cover non remanufactured parts against defects and workmanship.

The added value that is provided with factory remanufactured parts far exceeds any benefits cited by aftermarket sources of non factory rebuilt parts.

Benefits:
1. Rebuilt to factory specifications using OEM parts in the remanufacturing process.

2. Quality controlled to meet the “same as new” performance at a substantially reduced price.

3. Greater warranty period (as mentioned above).

4. Specific application to your Honda means no guesswork when installing.

Ordering:
The hondapartsnow.com catalog will identify when a remanufactured item is available by having a suffix of “RM” at the end of a part number. When looking up your part the description of a part may be the actual remanufactured part number.

The following is a sample of Factory Parts that are available in the Honda Remanufacturing program.

All remanufactured parts have a “core charge” that is attached to each item; the charges vary from $20.00 to several hundred dollars depending on the item that is being purchased.

This core charge is charged as a separate entry when placing the order for a remanufactured part. The part will end with a suffix of “CO” representing the item being charged is the Part Core.

This individual charge is refundable to the customer when ALL of the following conditions are met.

1. Part(s) is/are returned for core credit in the original Honda box that it was shipped out in without damage to the box and with no marking to the box from any outside sources.

2. The part being returned is a factory part. Any part that is not an original OEM part that was fitted to the same vehicle that the original part was ordered for will not qualify for core refund.

3. Part must be fully assembled as it came off the vehicle.

4. Part must be completely drained of all internal fluid (transmission, power steering, brake fluid etc.) prior to shipping. Hondapartsnow.com will not assume any responsibility for the shipping of any Hazardous Material by customers.

5. Core must be complete and damage free. Incomplete parts missing any components will not be eligible for core refund.

6. Customer is responsible for shipping all cores to hondapartsnow.com

7. Cores damaged in transit to hondapartsnow.com is/are the responsibility of the sender. Insurance from the carrier is strongly recommended.

8. All cores must be received no later than 30 days from the time of shipping the remanufactured part(s).

9. All rejected Cores may be returned to sender. Customer is responsible for return freight charges.
