    How to remove and install the front A/C Switch on a Honda Pilot? Posted by Customer

    Remove the electrical clip from the ground terminal of the battery. Remove the instrument panel center bezel. Take out the screws that mount the center panel items, disconnect all electrical connections from the back of these components, and pull them off. The A/C Switch for the heater and air conditioning usually stays grouped with other parts in the instrument panel; pull it out as a single unit along with the rest of the panel, then disconnect it from the panel by removing any fastening hardware. Unbolt the center mounting brackets and take them off. Then, split the heater/air conditioning control box from the other instruments by hand. Installation is the reverse of removal. Unplug the electrical connectors from behind the control panel in the center console, take off the control panel, and disconnect the control assembly. Installation is the reverse of the removal.
