Q: I would like to send you a photo of the foam gasket on my van's sliding door switch assembly. This gasket is made of a foam-like material. It surrounds the lock switch and I am assuming it keeps out moisture from the electrical contacts. However, due to age, mine is dried out and crumbling and needs to be replaced. I need to know if the part I have identified is the correct part. Let me know if you would like me to send you the photo of my part for clarification. Thank you so much for your assistance.
