somebody tried to break into my Clarity. They messed up the key lock entry into the door handle. I see the new part, Honda Part No.:04921-TRT-A01 how to I code it to my existing key, or can I transfer the lock tumbler assy. into the new part? or does it have to be done by the dealer ? Chances are the tumblers in the original lock are damaged. We suggest taking the new lock and your original existing key to a locksmith. They can recode the new lock to your key. Maybe try looking for a mobile locksmith that will come out to your residence and recode the lock for you. 04921-TRT-A01 is the correct part to order. If the trim piece surrounding the cylinder was damaged, then order 72184-T2A-A11YP COVER, L. FR. BASE *NH883P* (HOLE)(PLATINUM WHITE PEARL) as well.
