How do you remove the steering wheel from the 2012 Honda Fit? Posted by Customer

Disconnect the horn electrical connector, pull off the airbag module, loosen the steering wheel retaining bolt until about 1/4-inch of threads are showing between the bolt head and the steering wheel, dislodge the steering wheel from the shaft using a steering wheel puller, make a mark indicating the relationship of the steering wheel hub to the steering shaft, and pull the steering wheel off the shaft.
