Honda 33100-TR0-A51 Passenger Side Headlight Assembly

Before starting work, turn both the headlight switch and ignition switch to the off position. First, disconnect all electricity by pulling the clips off the wires, then use three bolts to take out the light housing - one from the top and two from the bottom. Take the corner bumper beam off after dropping the old headlight housing, and then attach it to your new headlight unit. During installation, you have to do the opposite of removal. Start by undoing the electrical connections and releasing the harness clips, then get rid of the four screws and the release pin holding the lamp assembly to the core support. Then let go of the clips that keep the corner upper beam in place with the lamp assembly, and slide the corner beam back onto the new lamp assembly. Following removal, the rest of the installation is done in the opposite order.

With low beams on, the high-intensity zone should be set two inches below the horizontal line, while with high beams on, it should be vertically centered just below the horizontal line.
