Honda 06351-S9V-C10 Steering Lock Assembly

To remove the assembly, you should first remove the knee bolster and the upper and lower steering column covers. Then, detach the driver's side fuse and relay box and turn it over to access the backside of the panel. Trace the electrical harness down from the key lock cylinder/ignition switch assembly to the driver's side fuse and relay box and detach any harness clips. Disconnect the ignition switch electrical connector from the fuse and relay box. Detach the clip for the driver's side airbag wiring harness from the bracket on the key lock cylinder/ignition switch assembly. Disconnect the small electrical connector from the key lock cylinder/ignition switch assembly. Center-punch the two shear-head bolts that secure the mounting clamp for the key lock cylinder/ignition switch assembly. Drill out the center of each bolt and remove the bolts with a screw extractor. Alternatively, you can use a hammer and chisel to knock the bolts in a counterclockwise direction. Remove the bracket and detach the lock cylinder/ignition switch assembly from the steering column.
