Honda 17201-RJE-A00 Air Cleaner Case Set

Before working on specific Honda years (2005 and newer) and Acura models (2003-2006), you must disconnect the PCV fresh air inlet hose from the Air Duct, clearly label all the cables and hoses you take off. Remove the left side of your air intake duct from the Air Filter Box, loosen the clamp holding it to the throttle body, and take off the hose. Don't do this step if you took off the main hose for other work; but if you need to handle the intake duct, loosen the holding clamps. Take out the mounting bolts from around the air filter housing, then pull off the entire housing. Check the insulators for scratches or cracks. If you see any damage, install fresh ones. To reach the resonator, lift the front of your vehicle on jackstands, unbolt the front bumper cover, disconnect the side tube from the resonator, then remove the bolts holding the resonator. Taking it apart is exactly like when we put it back together, in reverse order.
