Be sure to look at the front information to check if your vehicle's stereo has an anti-theft system. If it does, disconnect the battery cables before working. First, disconnect electric wires and take out headlights. Separate the side marker light with its screw, draw it out, disconnect the power plug, and remove the electrical connector. On Del Sol models, remove the front bumper. Remove the headlight housing mounting bolts/nuts and take out the housing, noting that there are three headlight retaining fasteners: There's a bottom corner mounting nut and screw on the radiator support panel, plus a small nut at the inner corner. Just do the opposite: take out the headlights and adjust them when done.

The aim of headlights should be checked every 12 months and whenever a new headlight is installed or front-end body work is done.
