Take the cable off the negative battery terminal. To get access to the center section of the console, pull off the forward trim panels without screws. There are only special snap clips holding them in place. Lift the rear console trim without screws, just press-fit plastic connectors. Lift the burly plastic protectors from above your center console's lowest layer. Pop off the bolts at the back of the console keeping it attached to the car by working under where you took off the rear trim piece. Pull the interior carpet from under the console and then unfasten the console anchoring screws. Tap to release the pressure snap connectors that attach the console to the dash on each side of the dash panel underneath the forward side trims you already took off. Pull the front seats forward fully, grab the back of the console, push it back until you hear it release, and lift it out of the car. Installation is the reverse of removal.
