Oil seal is fixed at the back cover of the camshaft sprocket; if the back cover is to be reused, the Woodruff key is to be removed and the camshaft is to be lifted. If the camshaft was worn out, and it was replaced, replace the front oil seal; this can be done by using the back cover to pry it off and place the new seal after installing the new camshaft. It is advisable to clean and inspect the camshaft, rocker arms and shafts and before fitting in into place, the bearing surfaces and lobes ought to be greased using moly-base grease or engine assembly lube. Fit back the rocker arm assembly with the camshaft timing mark facing up and in position with the crankshaft pulley timing mark at TDC. Fix the sprocket to the camshaft, fit the sprocket bolt and a washer and tighten to the required degree of torrue. By applying clean engine oil on the parts, civic the rocker arms and shafts and assemble the rocker arm assemblies with the fronts upward then row the nuts and bolts progressively and up to the torque level. Last of all, set the valve clearances to the values achieved when the engine is cold and replace the valve cover.
