In order to work on the fuel rail, you must reduce the pressure of the fuel system first and then disconnect the battery cable. Take off engine covers and unplug fuel injector connectors. Detach fuel line fitting from the fuel rail and loosen fuel rail fasteners. Remove fuel rail and injectors from engine. Remove injectors from rail. Put back in reverse order, ensuring correct seating and torque. Test for leaks after building up pressure in the fuel system. For 2015 and later CR-V models, remove intake manifold and fuel pipe, then take out the fuel rail and injectors. Reinstall in reverse order, lubricate seals, properly torque fasteners.
