Raise the rear of the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Block the front wheels to prevent the vehicle from rolling. Then, use a wrench to remove the lug nuts and the rear wheels.

Raise the subframe and install the bolts, tightening them. Install the torque rod bolts, tightening them. Connect the stabilizer bar links to the lower control arms. Tighten the nuts. Connect the balljoints to the control arms, tightening the nuts. Install the wheels and lug nuts. Lower the vehicle and tighten the lug nuts. Have the front end alignment checked and, if necessary, adjusted.
