How to replace front crankshaft seal on V6 engine on 2007 Honda Accord?

Take out the timing belt and sprocket that is found on the crankshaft. Gently remove the seal from the engine using a screwdriver or a seal remover in such a way that you do not spoil the housing bore or the crankshaft as this will lead to leakage with the new seal. Remove and clean the oil seal bore and should apply a thin layer of engine oil along the circumference of the newly bought oil seal to ease the fitting, applied multi purpose grease to the sealing lip. Seal-driver is another tool that can be used where a socket with an outer diameter just a little smaller than that of the seal can be used to tap the new seal in place with a hammer until it fits squarely and to the right depth as the previous seal. When launching, verify if the garter spring had been ejected at any point from its position in the nylon tube-seal. Replace the crankshaft sprocket and installer the timing belt back into its proper position and start the engine and check for oil leakage at the front seal.
